Are you responsible to train others for effective ministry to children? In Step with the Master Teacher (ISMT) is here to help. ISMT is practical, Biblical training designed to prepare your teachers to disciple children as Jesus did: by modeling God's truth, by building relationships and by teaching for response.

In Step with the Master Teacher can be presented live in your church or ministry with an experienced trainer interacting with your children's ministry workers. With 22 sessions from which to select, there are many options to personalize the training to meet the needs of your teachers.

This planning guide will walk you through the steps for bringing In Step with the Master Teacher live to your ministry. Each church or ministry is unique, and we want to begin our interaction with you and your children's ministry leaders during the planning stages, before the on-site training ever takes place.

Our motivation is simple. Jesus taught that all people, including children, should come to know, love and obey God. Your ministry is critical to accomplishing this in your geographical area. BCM International reaches about a million children annually, but that is only a drop in a bucket when one considers the 2.2 billion children in the world.
